  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At MYFACELIFTS TM you can checkout using all major credit and debit cards or by taking advantage of the PayPal Express Checkout option for fast and secure payment. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery payments.
  • How secure is my online order?
    When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure web page with an SSL certificate. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. In addition, your credit card information is never stored on our servers, ensuring a high level of security for your transactions. You can shop with confidence, knowing that your privacy is protected.
  • When will my order be processed?
    All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. We ask that you allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday and will be ready within 1-2 business days from the order date. Shipping will occur the day after processing.
  • How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you tracking information. Usually, you will receive the tracking number the day after your order is shipped, so you can track your package to its destination.
